We here at the Pool home hope that all you blog readers out there are having a wonderful Halloween! We have had an eventful week. On Tuesday night we were lucky enough to go to Boo at the Zoo! It was a blast! One of Thomas' co-workers gave him tickets to a pre party where we ate yummy, scary food. They had zoo workers who came out among the guests with all sorts of exotic, exciting animals the girls got to learn about up close and personal! Like a baby alligator. Who knew they could be so cute? They made a cute little craft too (the girls that is). Then we went into the zoo to trick or treat and to see the cool animals. We stayed until it was dark and had so much fun! Then last night was my Mom's annual Halloween Party, complete with pumpkin carving contest and spook alley. It just gets funner each year! Good job on the spook alley, Mikey and Stacie! And, now it is actually Halloween and tonight Thomas is going to take the kids out trick or treating around the neighborhood while I stay here and pass out candy...or just pass out.
Let me break it down for ya. Kimmy is a dragon slayer (her new favorite series of books is the Dragon Slayers Academy), Rachel is a kitty cat, Emma is a witch whose hat blew away, and Rex is a bouncer...I mean Rex is a skeleton. Aren't they so darn cute! The following pictures are in no particular order. I believe most of them are from Boo at the Zoo.

You don't want to know what kind of awful behavior those hippos displayed in front of a shocked crowd! (No, not that! It involved pooping and eating poop)
