Kimmy Turns 8 and Is Baptized

Last week was a very special week for us. On Monday, Kimmy turned 8 years old. We had a very fun day, starting out with her opening presents. We got her a pet fish she named Jake. I doubt a fish has ever been so loved as Jake. It was a treat to give her something that she was so excited about. Then after Thomas got home from work, we had cake and then went to see Night at the Museum II, which Kimmy was dying to see. It was a fun kids movie and now Kimmy is very interested in Amelia Earhart.
Then on Saturday, Kimmy was baptized and confirmed a member of the church. It was such a sweet baptism and so many people came to support her. Thank you to all who were able to come. I love Kimmy so much, she is such a sweetheart and loves to learn about the gospel and I just feel so grateful the Lord blessed my life with such a bright, beautiful girl. I look forward to all the wonderful things she will do in her life!♥

Kimmy in her beautiful dress from China. (When ordering off ebay, be sure to check from where the item is coming. I ordered this dress and for some reason didn't read the part where it says it is being sold from China. It took three weeks to get here and arrived two days before the baptism. We were sweating that one!)
