We had such a fun weekend this past weekend! We were able to surprise both of our Dads for Father's Day. First, my brothers re-did my Dad's home office with paint, crown molding, recessed lighting and some other cool features. It turned out beautifully! We made contributions to that project, even thought we didn't do any of the remodeling (they got it done too fast!!). My parents had been out of town for a week and came home on Sunday to my Dad's father's day surprise. That was a lot of fun.
Then at 4pm on Sunday after the excitement at the Eldredge house, we packed our babies in the good ol' Focus and headed up to Amarillo, where Thomas' parents are, and surprised Thomas' Dad with the gift of US! Karen knew we were coming, and Stan knew someone was coming, but didn't know it was us. We spent the night and most of Monday with them and then came home late Monday night. It is always fun to spend time with them.
So that was our exciting weekend, not to mention yesterday was mine and Thomas' 8 year anniversary! Fun times!

What is it with those Bob Vila-esque Eldredge boys!! Suprises are the best, and I love that you made a big deal out of Father's Day, because it sometimes gets swept under the table!
